Dragon and Skull

A dragon and a skull I drew for a T-shirt design. He looks fierce until you realize he's about the size of a cat.

I made this as a Christmas present for my sister. Her and her dog, a Siberian husky named Raja. 

...The dog isn't actually that big. 

Made using a combination of Illustrator and Photoshop.

I'm going to start drawing these creatures in a more illustrative way. It gives a better idea of what they would be like and how they would live if they were real. 

Based on Sugar Gliders and bats, but I wouldn't want to cross one this size.

Testing new color technique

So I used a different coloring technique making this one. Usually when I color, I have several layers, a lineart layer, a base color layer and a shadow/highlight layer

This time around I rendered the whole thing in black and white first then used color and overlay blend modes. It's a very different effect then what I normally get, I'm not sure if I like it or not, I'll have to play around some more.
